How long will i receive my refund?


The refund will be made in the original payment method. We will process your refund as soon as possible within 10 days, but the exact time is depending on the your bank. It will take a little time for the bank to handle as the difference of the area. So hope you can wait patiently.


What if I still haven’t received the refund after a long time?

How can i cancel the order and get a full refund?


A full refund can be obtained if the order is cancelled before we ship. After we shipped the order, sorry that we cannot cancel the order for you.


What if i placed a duplicate order?


The duplicate order means that 2 orders for the same items, same quantity and same size. If you placed a duplicate order, please don't worry, we will realize this maybe a mistake, our customer service will contact with you to confirm with it, if you only need one order, we will cancel the another order and give you the full refund.


Can I get a full refund if there is a quality problem of the product I received?


Yes, we will provide a full refund for the quality problems caused by us. If the product you received has any quality problem, please contact our customer service immediately, and provide a picture to explain the situation, and then our customer service will communicate with you and give you the return address.
